I mentioned that we wanted to buy a roof rack for the car and asked if he had any suggestions, he actually took the time to research it and see if they could install them for me. Even though the turn around time did not make it possible, he was incredibly helpful. And after finding the car, they cleaned it, inspected it, and delivered it to our front door within two days.
